"Unfortunately, debts will accumulate. This is the forecast of most experts," said the specialist.
According to him, "Ukrenergo" aims to secure financial resources for the restoration of the energy infrastructure, as well as to allocate a certain amount of funds for supporting the "green" energy sector.
"Regrettably, the current funds available will only suffice for the recovery campaign. They will not be enough to cover the debt obligations, meaning that debts will persist," the expert stated.
