The funds will be directed to the "Partnership for a Strong Ukraine" foundation for the period of 2025–2027. This organization unites nine countries that provide assistance to Ukraine, focusing their efforts on restoring social and public infrastructure, supporting government services, and facilitating European integration.
Particular emphasis is placed on the restoration of liberated territories that have been devastated by the war, as well as the implementation of long-term initiatives aimed at maintaining peace, unity, and national identity.
The foundation also supports the most vulnerable segments of the population affected by the war. This includes victims of sexual violence, veterans, children, and other groups in need of special protection.
