On the evening of December 18, a young man was detained near the "Most-City" shopping and entertainment center in Dnipro. This was reported by "Vidomo" with reference to "Trukha Dnipro".

The incident occurred when there were many people in the area, including youth and children, as this shopping center is highly popular among both groups. According to preliminary reports, the detained man was harassing children, which raised concerns.

Passersby called the police. Upon arrival, law enforcement attempted to gain control of the situation. Unfortunately, during the arrest, the officers had to use physical force to subdue him.
