Renowned ornithologist Anatoly Salnik demonstrated how a swan was rescued from a frozen body of water, and now the bird will reside at the Krasinsky reservoir, reports "Vydomo" citing the telegram channel DS News.

"The rescue operation was carried out due to the unpredictable weather — during the day, temperatures are higher than at night, causing the swan to melt the ice beneath it and get stuck. To avoid injuring the bird, we transported it to a non-freezing water source," he explained.
