Zelensky emphasized the importance of the meeting with Keith Kellogg to ensure that "working with America is constructive." He did not comment on the sharp criticism directed at him by U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday.

It was previously reported that upon his arrival in Kyiv, U.S. special representative Keith Kellogg assured his Ukrainian colleagues: "We will listen. We are ready to provide what is necessary. We understand the need for security guarantees. Part of my mission is to listen. Then I will return to the U.S. to talk to President Trump—to make sure we understand everything correctly."
