The sister of the ChatGPT creator has accused him of childhood sexual abuse.

Ann Altman previously stated on social media that she experienced sexualized abuse as a child from Sam and another brother, Jack. However, this is the first time she has filed a lawsuit against her brother. Ann is seeking to hold her brother criminally accountable and is requesting $75,000 in damages for emotional distress.

Sam Altman denies his sister's allegations. The Altman family released a statement on social media platform X, labeling Ann's claims as "completely false." In the post, signed by Sam, his mother, and two brothers, the family asserts that they have financially supported Ann throughout her life and covered all her expenses, but she seeks more money from them. The family also comments on Ann's mental health issues and her refusal to undergo treatment.

Sam Altman is one of the co-founders of OpenAI, whose most well-known product is the artificial intelligence technology ChatGPT. The company's current valuation is estimated at $157 billion, reports CNBC.
