One of the SBU leaders has been detained on suspicion of working for the FSB.

Один из топ-менеджеров СБУ арестован по подозрению в сотрудничестве с ФСБ.

It is reported that the operation was personally conducted by the head of the agency, Vasily Malyuk. He directly briefed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on all stages of the operation. According to Malyuk, the agency documented 14 episodes of Kozura's illegal activities.

"Through encrypted software backdoors, we infiltrated the traitor's gadgets – mobile terminals, computers. We essentially lived with him, conducting audio and video surveillance. During this process, we were able to effectively document the collection and transfer of relevant information to the enemy by the traitor," Malyuk stated.

The special service reports that thanks to this, the SBU was able to "transmit disinformation to the enemy for a long time." The publication does not mention the name of the detained individual, but includes a photo that can be used to identify him. Information confirming that it was indeed Kozura who was detained is validated by Ukrainian media.

There is almost no information about the detained individual in open sources. In a video released by the SBU, Malyuk states that Kozura has been heading the Anti-Terrorist Center of the SBU since 2016. It is also known that in August 2024, he met with Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko. The mayor informed Kozura that budget funds from the capital (480 million hryvnias or 11 million dollars) were used to purchase and send drone reconnaissance systems, night vision devices, drone detection systems, and other equipment to the front.
