The organization Help Heroes of Ukraine has been classified as undesirable in Russia.

According to a statement from the Prosecutor General's Office, the organization was established in February 2022 by representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora to collect humanitarian aid and equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The main office of the organization is reportedly located in Lviv. "It is funded through donations, including from members of Congress and political and religious groups in the United States," the statement from the Prosecutor General's Office reads.

On the website of the organization Help Heroes Of Ukraine, it states that it was founded on February 25, 2022 – the day after the large-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. Its declared goal is to raise funds that are directed towards humanitarian assistance for the people of Ukraine, aid in the reconstruction of areas devastated by Russian aggression, as well as for "protective equipment" for Ukrainian servicemen. This includes protective gear against drones, as well as FPV drones. The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia claims that the organization also supplies the Armed Forces of Ukraine with all-terrain vehicles, though this is not mentioned on the fund's website.

As of September 2023 (there are no more recent data), over 61 million dollars in donations have been collected in total. Among the partners of the organization are numerous large companies, including Microsoft, Dell, and Goldman Sachs.

Organizations recognized as undesirable by the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia and included in the corresponding register by the Ministry of Justice are prohibited from operating in Russia. Collaborating with them may lead to administrative or criminal liability. This list includes foreign NGOs, analytical and scientific organizations, as well as media outlets, including Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
