The suspect in a billion-dollar fraud involving the State Property Fund has purchased a villa and a yacht abroad, according to reports.

Подозреваемый в миллиардной афере с Фондом госимущества купил за границей виллу и яхту, сообщают СМИ.

As reported by journalists, the Gmyrin family owns at least three companies in the United Arab Emirates. In April 2023, one of their Dubai firms established a company in France – GFD Cote D'azur, which subsequently acquired a villa and five plots of land on the French Riviera, valued at around €5 million.

The property rental website states that the villa covers an area of 400 m². It features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a pool in the yard. Currently, this villa cannot be booked. According to Bihus.Info, in August of this year, a French court imposed a freeze on the property as part of a criminal investigation ongoing in Ukraine.

Additionally, the Gmyrin family has reportedly become the owner of a Cranchi Settantotto 78 yacht, which is priced at approximately €5.5 million. The yacht was purchased by GFB Company LTD, registered in the British Virgin Islands. As per Bihus.info, the owner of the company is Ukrainian Yevgeny Golovin, a Dubai business partner of Gmyrin. Furthermore, the Gmyrin parents are linked to six real estate companies registered in Croatia, according to the investigation.
