In Dnipro, a woman found herself trapped in her own apartment, prompting a call for rescue services, as reported by "Vidomo," citing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The emergency service received a report that the entrance door to an apartment on Vasyl Shkliar Street in the Chechelov district needed to be opened, as an elderly woman had fallen on the floor and was asking for help.
Upon arrival at the scene, rescuers, in the presence of law enforcement, cut through the bars on the windows of the second-floor apartment. Once inside, the emergency service specialists opened the front door, allowing medical personnel to enter.
The woman, born in 1945, was found on the floor. She had sustained serious injuries during her fall and required hospitalization. As a result, the emergency responders assisted the medical team in transferring the elderly woman into the ambulance.
A total of 5 personnel and 1 unit of firefighting and rescue equipment were involved in the operation.
