According to him, the attack damaged a city hospital, a private residential house, an administrative building, a grain storage facility, and cargo vehicles. Additionally, there were power supply issues affecting parts of Chornomorsk and its suburbs.
Among the injured is a doctor who was performing surgery during the attack. "All the wounded are in moderate condition. Two have been hospitalized, while the others are receiving outpatient treatment," wrote the head of the Odesa regional military administration.
As Kiper stated, Russia has been "continuously terrorizing" the Odesa region for the third day.
