On the night of January 6, Russian forces launched artillery attacks on the Nikopol region half a dozen times. The enemy also deployed a kamikaze drone in the area, reports "Vідомо" citing the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Serhiy Lysak.

The treacherous strikes from the occupiers caused tremors in the communities of Nikopol, Pokrovsk, and Marganets.

Fortunately, there were no fatalities or injuries.

In the evening and overnight, air defense forces were active in Dnipropetrovsk region. In total, the defenders of the sky shot down five UAVs.
