Another meeting of the "Transparency and Accountability" group under the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration took place in Dnipro, according to "Vidomo."
Twelve tenders were reviewed. Most of the concerns raised were related to inflated prices for construction materials. The discussion also revisited the costs of pipes for the reconstruction of water and heating networks.
The tenders examined during this meeting were conducted in the Dnipro, Novomoskovsk, Kamianske, and Kryvyi Rih districts. The majority of them pertained specifically to repair work in hospitals, apartment buildings, and educational institutions.
For instance, in one of the gymnasiums of the Pereshchepyn community, it was decided to set up a shelter. An auction was held to determine who would take on the project, and a winner was selected. However, upon reviewing the tender documents, specialists raised a concern. The cost of the necessary linoleum and drywall was above market rates, with prices per square meter exceeding by nearly 25% to 76%.
