It is noted that this time the government will provide funds to those who submitted applications through the "Diia" app from December 4 to December 11. The total number of recipients is 2 million people, of which nearly 700,000 applications pertain to child payments.
The ministry added that considering these payments, a total of 6.4 million citizens who applied through "Diia" will receive 1,000 UAH in financial assistance from the state, including 1.7 million payments for children.
Applications for "Winter eSupport" can be submitted until February 28 inclusive, and the funds can be spent until the end of 2025. The program is available to all citizens in the territories controlled by Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy reminded.
The 1,000 UAH can be spent on services such as utilities, medical care, education, transportation, mobile communication, insurance, etc.
Additionally, it is possible to purchase books and other printed materials, medicines, pharmaceutical products, and medical devices produced in Ukraine, which are sold at retail outlets registered in the program, the ministry added.
