A significant amount of 1.2 million hryvnias is planned to be allocated for the security of the City Children's Clinical Hospital No. 6 in Dnipro. This tender, announced on January 21, 2025, involves providing security services for a duration of 12 months. This information comes from "Vidomo," referencing Prozorro.
The event is expected to take place on January 29; however, as of January 24, 2025, there have been no applications from potential participants for the tender. The main task for the auction winner will be to ensure the safety of both patients and medical staff at the institution. To achieve this, it will be necessary to organize two round-the-clock security posts on the hospital premises.
Specialists from the firm will be required to monitor order and safety using modern video surveillance and radio communication systems. Additionally, the security posts must be equipped with special alarms, including panic buttons, the installation and maintenance of which are also the contractor's responsibility.
It is important to note that to ensure a swift response to potential emergencies, the security service must provide a vehicle for a rapid response team that will be stationed near the hospital. This will allow for prompt action in any incidents and ensure safety during emergencies.
The technical aspects of security are also of great importance. The service provider will be obligated to organize round-the-clock monitoring of the security alarm system (SAS) and ensure a constant reception of alarm signals with immediate responses. There will be no limit on the number of calls.
Technical maintenance of the SAS is also provided, which includes regular checks and the rectification of any potential malfunctions.
The contractor must ensure the availability of all necessary equipment that meets modern safety requirements, as well as provide qualified personnel who have undergone appropriate training.
According to the tender conditions, security at the hospital must be maintained until December 31, 2025.
