In Dnipro, water supply cut-offs are planned in the Chechelovskyi district from January 6 to January 10, 2025. The communal enterprise "Dniprovodokanal" will be forced to take this measure due to the critical debt of residents for consumed water. This was reported by "Vidomo".
The total debt of residents in the Chechelovskyi district at the time of the announcement of the cut-offs amounted to 174,267.03 hryvnias.

This decision has not been made spontaneously but in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1405 dated December 29, 2023, which regulates the procedure for debt collection for communal services.
This resolution grants communal enterprises the right to temporarily restrict the provision of services in case of non-payment.
