In a city in Dnipropetrovsk region, 70 million will be allocated for snow removal, despite the fact that there’s currently no snow.

The Department of Housing and Communal Services and Construction of the Kamensky City Council has announced several tenders for snow removal from the roads, as reported by "Vidomo" citing Prozorro.

The procurement involves clearing the roadways in the Dniprovsky district of Kamensky from fallen snow and performing patrol cleaning with a snowplow based on a MAZ vehicle or an equivalent. The cost of this procurement is 30 million UAH.

Another procurement is aimed at snow removal on the highways of the Zavodsky district in Kamensky. This procurement amounted to 40 million UAH.

The second procurement was won by LLC "Ukravtobud," which had previously entered into contracts with local authorities for the maintenance of the city’s roads last year.

According to the publication "Our Money", starting from February 2024, the founder of Dnipro's "Ukravtobud" is its director Andriy Fandiy from Kamensky. Prior to this, the company was owned by Vadym Yermolenko – the husband of Halyna Yermolenko, who has held the position of director of the Department of Economic Development of the Kamensky City Council since 2017. In 2015, he unsuccessfully ran for the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council from the "Opposition Bloc." Vadym Yermolenko is the sole founder of KolP "Dniprovskiy Karyer" and LLC "Dor Treast."
