In the Amur-Nizhndneprovsk district of Dnipro, kvass is being supplied to apartments instead of water, reports "Vydomo" referencing "HDnipro".

Local residents demonstrated the color of the water by filling it in a pristine white basin.

Not only does the water have a brown tint, but it also contains some unclear sediment resembling sludge.
