According to the illegal "head" of occupied Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, all property belonged to Ukrainian businessmen or those who are "hostile" towards the aggressor country, Russia.
"As of today, the largest assets have either become the property of Russia or have been sold to new 'owners'. Most of these are resort complexes and commercial real estate," the statement said.
The Central National Security Service noted that in February 2023, the so-called deputies of the Crimean pseudo-parliament supported the "nationalization" of property belonging to foreign citizens and states that are taking unfriendly actions against the Kremlin.
"Meanwhile, the Zaporizhzhia Gauleiter, Yevgeny Balitsky, reported that over a thousand recreation bases on the coast of the Azov Sea have already been declared 'abandoned' and, accordingly, will be 'nationalized' in the near future," the statement added.
