The Ukrainian Armed Forces have confirmed an attack on an oil depot in the Voronezh region.

The Ukrainian General Staff has also reported that drone strikes were carried out against the "Smolensk Aviation Plant" and a command post of the Russian army in the city of Volnovakha in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the infrastructure for the production of combat aircraft at the aviation plant was hit.

Earlier on Tuesday, Russian authorities stated that Ukrainian drones targeted several regions of Russia, including Smolensk and once again attacked an oil depot in the Voronezh region.

• Since the onset of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian army has consistently attacked Ukrainian energy and gas infrastructure using ballistic missiles and drones. Recently, Ukraine has been regularly responding to these strikes by targeting infrastructure facilities (primarily oil and gas) within Russia using missiles and drones.
