Authorities are accusing the Russian army of strikes against critical and social infrastructure as well as residential areas. Over the course of a day, four multi-story buildings and 21 private homes were damaged. In total, 28 populated areas in the Kherson region were attacked.
Officials report at least four instances where drones dropped explosives on people in the streets. These incidents occurred in Kherson, Antonovka, and Berislav. The injured suffered blast and shrapnel wounds.
The head of the regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, previously reported that a drone attacked a minibus in Kherson. Five people were injured, including a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl.
Prokudin also published a video showing the aftermath of the strike on residential buildings in the central part of Kherson. The footage reveals a destroyed house and a burned car. According to the head of the regional administration, two local women were injured, and one was rescued from the rubble.
