Authorities are accusing the Russian army of strikes on critical and social infrastructure as well as residential areas. Over the course of a day, four apartment buildings and 21 private homes have been damaged. In total, 28 populated areas in the Kherson region have been attacked.
Officials report at least four instances where explosives were dropped from drones onto people on the streets. This occurred in Kherson, Antonovka, and Berislav. The victims sustained mine-explosive injuries.
The head of the regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, previously reported that a drone attacked a minibus in Kherson. Five people were injured, including a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl.
Prokudin also posted a video showing the aftermath of a strike on residential buildings in the central part of Kherson. The footage reveals a destroyed house and a burned car. According to the head of the OVA, two local residents were injured, and one of them was rescued from the rubble.
