During the night, the Russian army launched an attack on Ukraine using 136 drones.

The air defense forces shot down 51 drones over the Sumy, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Ternopil, Kherson, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Chernihiv, and Chernivtsi regions.

Additionally, 60 drones have been "locationally lost," according to the morning report from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Ternopil region, a large fire broke out as a result of a Russian strike on an industrial facility, reported the head of the regional military administration, Vyacheslav Negoda.

"To promptly eliminate the consequences, 45 rescuers were engaged with 12 units of special equipment, along with 12 police officers on 4 units of special equipment," — wrote him on Telegram.

The fire has now been extinguished. There are no casualties.

The Russian Ministry of Defense previously reported three downed Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod and Voronezh regions.

In the Belgorod region, a Ukrainian drone attacked a minibus the evening before. Eight people were injured, including four minors. This was reported by the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov.
