Throughout the night, Russia launched attacks on Ukraine using Shahed drones and cruise missiles.

Cruise missiles were launched from strategic bombers Tu-95 in the area of the city of Engels in the Saratov region and were spotted over the Cherkasy region, changing direction several times.

Flights of "Shaheds" were recorded throughout the night over several regions of Ukraine. The threat of strike UAVs was announced at different times in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and Chernihiv regions.

In Kyiv region, an air raid alert was declared at night, warning about the flights of Russian drones. In the morning, the military administration reported that as a result of an enemy strike in the Obukhiv district, a local resident was injured. Private houses were damaged in the Fastiv district.

In the Kherson military administration, air raid alerts were reported multiple times, and it was noted that a local resident sought medical attention after being injured during shelling on February 20. At that time, a Russian aerial bomb hit an apartment building, resulting in the deaths of two people, with several others, including children, injured.

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced an attack by Ukrainian UAVs and claims to have shot down 19 drones, most of which were over the Bryansk region.
