On the night of December 5, Russian forces targeted the Nikopol district multiple times. The enemy launched attacks using missiles, a kamikaze drone, and artillery, as reported by "Vідомо" citing the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak.

The occupiers struck Nikopol, as well as the Marhanets and Pokrov urban and rural communities.

Damage was inflicted on an agricultural firm, private homes, a utility building, and vehicles. The gas pipeline and power lines were also affected.

Fortunately, there were no casualties among the people.
